Adverse weather Conditions:
Your booked experience may have to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions (Our raptors do not like heavy rain or gale force winds). No refunds will be given, however you may book your experience for an alternative day.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee may be charged up to £25.00 if less than 24 hours is given. You may even lose your voucher entitlement if we have not allocated your space!! Please communicate!
On reading our terms and conditions and in the purchasing of our voucher you have understood and accepted all of the information given to you by East Sussex Falconry.
Terms and Conditions/ Health and Safety information:
Please inform East Sussex Falconry of any medical conditions which the participant or guest may have to which could affect the experience.
East Sussex Falconry will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by the participant or guest whilst on an experience.
Falconry gloves will be provided and must be worn when handling any of the raptors.
Be aware that the birds have sharp talons and beaks and will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. You may get bitten or footed if you do not follow the Head Falconers instructions, for which we will not be held liable.
Any irresponsible behaviour to which puts our birds or other participants at risk will not be accepted or tolerated and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Participants must wash their hands after handling our birds and their food (raw meat).

Experience Vouchers
These make the perfect gift, or treat yourself. The experience voucher is valid for six (6) months from purchase. The voucher holder just contacts us with a date in mind and we will book their experience Vouchers arrive by post.
