TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING


Adverse weather Conditions:
Your booked experience may have to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions (Our raptors do not like heavy rain or gale force winds).

No refunds will be given, but you may book your experience for an alternative day.

Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee may be charged of up to £25.00 if less than 24 hours notice is given.
You may even lose your voucher entitlement if we have not allocated your space!! Please communicate!

Health and Safety information:

Please inform East Sussex Falconry of any medical conditions which the participant or guest may have which could affect the experience.

East Sussex Falconry will not be held liable for any injuries sustained by the participant or guest whilst on an experience.


Falconry gloves will be provided and must be worn when handling any of the raptors.


Be aware that the birds have sharp talons and beaks and will not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. You may get bitten or footed if you do not follow the Head Falconers instructions! To which we will not be held liable.


Any irresponsible behaviour to which puts our birds or other participants at risk will not be accepted or tolerated and you will be asked to leave with no refund.


Our birds eat raw meat. Participants must therefore wash their hands after handling our birds and their food.

Children:

Please note if purchasing for a child under the age of 14 years, you will also need to purchase a participant/spectator place.*

Validity:

Our experience vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.

Delivery:

Vouchers will be sent by post.
